We started an amazing collaboration with West Coast Mafia and we wanted to show you their amazing merch and tell you how awesome they are. West Coast Mafia is a music label that doesn’t budge. Much like us at Subliminal, they don’t turn a blind eye to oppression and injustice.
Founded in 1996 by C-Bo, Tay Capone, Zaboo and Mexican Mike who has passed away, may he Rest In Peace – West Coast started to build their legacy. Unfortunately, when it comes to the music industry, a lot of things change in the blink of an eye. Because of the bad business dealings, they left AWOL records. But, that was not the end of West Coast Mafia because they never stopped creating! Through their music, they express the often overlooked truths about street life and the darker side of the system we live by.
While over the time there have been a lot of attempts of the good old divide and conquer, West Coast Mafia is a label to look up to. They never gave in and they always stayed together, fighting to shed light on the unjust system and to show us that only by unifying and standing as one, we can prosper.
