Herbs are for the Healing of the Nations

“Herb is the unification of mankind” – Bob Marley

Herbs are the leaf part of a plant mostly used in cooking – either dried or fresh. Herbs are a fantastic way to add color and flavor to any sort of drink or food.

Consuming herbs can help to manage and prevent heart diseases, diabetes and cancer. It may also help in the reduction of blood clots and the provision of anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory properties.

Even the Bible says a lot about herbs. For instance, they were given to Adam and Eve after they sinned.

They are blood purifiers that can go along into altering long-standing conditions through the elimination of metabolic toxins. As the Bible puts it, herbs are for the healing of the nations. Jessica Scrock-Ringenberg, an apostle serving at Zion Mennonite church in Archbold, Ohio
further asserts that herbs are good, and indeed important for the healing of the nations.

Research and the Bible talks more than enough about herbs. The Bible echoes so much about herbs. The book of Genesis 1:29 to Proverbs 15:17 says “Better [is] a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.”

Nutritionists and passionate food lovers always search for that sweet spot where healthy and delicious always meet. Without going far, herbs hit it perfectly, so to say. These luscious leaves not only go ahead to some enticing aroma, some fresh flavor and vivid green color to food, but also some remarkable health benefits.

Herbs are good for you. They are ideal for the healing of the nations. They are good and highly rich in in a massive range of disease-fighting phytochemicals. Most of them contain potent anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Nations whose population consume herbs have few cases of acute and chronic diseases.

While fruits and vegetables are also good, herbs do have their special place not only in the Bible, but also for those who go ahead and consume it. The book of numbers 9:11 says “The fourteenth day of the second month at even they shall keep it, [and] eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.”

Herbs are not only for adding fragrances, the addition of micronutrients, but also for medicinal purposes. Herbs are healing and incredibly important throughout history. They are important for the healing of the nations.
