Do White People Still Make More Money Than Black People?

According to a recent article by Slate, the answer is unfortunately, yes.  Even worse is that the gap between the earning of white people and that of black people is actually INCREASING!  Since 2000, the median black household actually decreased.  Jamelle Bouie cites discrimination as one of the major reasons for this decrease.  Check out her post The Wealth Gap Between Whites and Blacks Is Widening for more details!  Let us know if this changed your view of the gap and if you disagree.
